Robert R. Pellegrini, Esq

President

Attorney Pellegrini is the founder and president of PK Boston Law. Prior to founding PK Boston, Attorney Pellegrini served as Senior Attorney for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Gulf Oil, where he was primarily responsible for permitting and real estate, including site selection & acquisition, project team selection, schematic design, construction law, contracts, and related litigation. His full service practice includes matters pertaining to real estate development, land use, leasing, condominium development & management, business & contract law, as well as related litigation. Rob has notable experience representing national retailers with zoning, land use, leasing, permitting, business and environmental issues. Representative industries include a full spectrum of for-profit and not-for-profit companies, retailers, condominium associations, gas stations, oil companies, banks, hard money lenders, car washes, retail franchises, private schools, shops, restaurants and convenience stores. He has also represented clients before the Architectural Access Board (ADA issues) and with respect to the Petroleum Marketers Act.

  • Rob’s unique level of land use expertise has proved invaluable to national development projects, particularly those related to renovation and redevelopment of historical mills. While Rob enjoys working on large development projects, he is quick to share that his most enjoyable and rewarding experiences are often helping local friends and neighbors with growing their businesses or with the purchase or sale of their homes and businesses.  He takes great pride in assisting his clients with tasks typically reserved for in-house counsel, such as helping identify viable projects and properties and to assemble project teams, source financing or hard money and to assist with end leasing and sales. Rob also enjoys developing his own residential and commercial real estate projects.

Attorney Pellegrini serves on the Massachusetts NFIB Leadership Council and as the President of Friends of Music Alley Board of Directors, in Bridgewater.  Rob also sits on the Trusts Committee at Bridgewater Savings Bank where he has served for several years as a Corporator. He has been featured in The Boston Globe, Forbes, US News and World Report, and the Associated Press on real estate and small business matters and is a regular Realtor.com contributor.  Rob is a staunch supporter of local charitable causes that support smart growth, veterans, the homeless and the arts.
