Robert R. Pellegrini, Esq
President
I am the founder and president of PK Boston Law, where I advise clients on commercial real estate, development, business, business succession planning, estate planning, and probate matters.
My practice focuses on supporting property owners, developers, contractors, landlords, business operators, lenders, and nonprofits. I regularly handle acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, permitting and entitlements, construction contracts and AIA document review, condominium creation and related matters, trademark issues, and probate administration.
Before founding PK Boston Law, I served as Senior Attorney for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Gulf Oil, managing a high-volume portfolio of real estate, construction, and development matters across New England. That experience gave me a practical, business-focused perspective that continues to guide how I serve clients today.
I have permitted and entitled several hundred projects in more than 200 communities throughout New England, with particular experience before local permitting boards and the Massachusetts Architectural Access Board, including ADA accessibility matters and projects requiring a careful balance between historic preservation and modern accessibility requirements.

Michelle Bessette Oliveira, Esq.
Vice President
Michelle Bessette Oliveira is Vice President at PK Boston Law. Licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island, she brings nearly 15 years of experience advising clients across a broad range of real estate and estate planning matters.
Attorney Oliveira’s practice is defined by her comprehensive understanding of the real estate lifecycle. She represents clients in residential and commercial transactions, as well as in default servicing matters, including foreclosure and eviction. Prior to joining PK Boston Law, she practiced at two of the region’s largest default servicing firms, where she developed extensive experience in foreclosure processes, title review, and post-foreclosure disposition. This background allows her to identify risks early and provide strategic, solutions-oriented guidance in both routine and distressed situations.

In addition to her real estate practice, Attorney Oliveira advises clients in estate planning and probate administration. She works with individuals and families to develop thoughtful estate plans and assists fiduciaries in navigating the probate process, often addressing real estate assets as part of estate settlement. Her combined experience allows her to provide seamless guidance where real estate and estate matters intersect.
